Send artwork
Supply your logo as a vector file (.ai or .eps).

Approve your proof
We aim to supply a digital proof within 5–10 business days. Two revisions are included; a fee applies per revision after that.

Pay your deposit
A 50% deposit starts production. It's non-refundable once you approve the digital proof.

Production
Allow 3–4 weeks from proof approval and deposit. Priority options on request.

Balance & dispatch
We invoice the balance on completion, then dispatch your order with tracking once paid in full.
What we need from you.
Send vector artwork and we'll handle the rest. Your logo can be printed in full colour or a single colour. One side is included; a second side is available at an additional cost.
Colours are matched as closely as the print process allows; an exact Pantone match on fabric can't be guaranteed.

Important
- Custom units carry no FREEZY print on either face, only your artwork. A small FREEZY label remains on the side seam.
- Custom branded orders are supplied for promotional and corporate use and aren't intended for retail resale under the Freezy RRP.
Common questions.
Can you meet a tight deadline?
Our standard production time is 3–4 weeks from proof approval and deposit. If you're working to a deadline, tell us when you need your order and ask about our priority options.
Can I order more than 250 units?
Yes. Orders of 250 units or more are confirmed on application. Get in touch with your quantity and timing and we'll come back to you.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Any change to our price list is advised 60 days in advance.
What if my logo isn't a vector file?
Get in touch and we'll talk it through. We print from vector artwork (.ai or .eps), so if your logo is only available in another format, an artwork setup fee may apply.
Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes, we can arrange a sample before you commit to your order. A one-off cost may apply, and a sample will add time to your overall turnaround.
