How long does the Freezy keep my wine chilled?
The exact time depends on the starting temperature of your wine and the conditions around you. As a guide, Freezy can chill a room-temperature bottle in around 15 minutes and keep it chilled for up to 2 hours. If your wine is already chilled, Freezy can help keep it cold for over 2 hours.
How long does it take to freeze?
For best results, we recommend freezing your Freezy overnight before use. Keep it stored flat in the freezer so it’s always frozen and ready when the wine comes out.
Does the Freezy fit all wine bottles?
Freezy is made from a flexible material designed to fit most standard wine bottles, including your favourite reds, whites and rosés. Simply slide it over the bottle and you're ready to chill. However, it's always a good idea to check the dimensions of your sleeve against the bottles you typically drink.
How do I keep my Freezy clean?
The waterproof material makes cleaning a breeze. Simply wipe down the sleeve with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow it to air dry completely before refreezing.
Is the Freezy washing machine or dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing your Freezy with mild soap and water, then allowing it to air dry. Avoid putting it in the washing machine or dishwasher to help keep it in great condition for longer.
